(1) Lake View Maker is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs fees. (2) Depending on the time you place your order, shipping time can be 24h more due to the preparation time.
Delivery time
We understand that you’d like to get your package as soon as possible, this is why we package and ship orders every business day.
Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
After making the payment you will receive an order confirmation via email. You will be emailed a second confirmation to confirm your order has shipped.
We do our best in order to deliver the packages within the limits of the time set, nonetheless we cannot be held responsible for delays due to third parties or in cases of force majeure.
For international deliveries the delivery will be within 3 and maximum 10 business days according to the country.

Minimum order
There is no minimum order amount for any of the countries we ship to.
If your order will be shipped to a country outside of the European Union, it is possible that additional charges, taxes or customs fees may apply due to local and/or customs laws. We ship your package via the Incoterm DDU (“duties and taxes unpaid”), that is, we send your package to the place of delivery, but don’t assume any additional costs previously described.
The person that will receive the package will assume the customs fees related to the import of products and will be responsible for the payment of the same (even if the package is rejected). If you want to send a package to someone who lives outside of the European Union, please make sure they know there may be additional charges for which they will be responsible.
Furthermore, it is possible that your delivery may be delayed due to customs issues.
Place of delivery
The order will be delivered to the given address. If at the moment of the delivery there is nobody to receive it or no one can sign the delivery, the package will be delivered at the nearest post office.
For the delivery to be effective and without problems, please indicate the address as detailed as possible and leave us a phone number to be able to contact you.
International deliveries: the order will be shipped to the given address.
Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can always return the items during the legal period of time established by law.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to make a return of the full, complete products that you no longer want and we will issue you a refund.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Within a period of less than 7 business days, after receiving the returned merchandise, Lake View Maker will refund the cost for the returned items. Any delay in the amount of time that it takes to post the refund to your account will depend on the terms of your bank, which are external of Lake View Maker and for which we cannot be held responsible.
Lake View Maker Return Policy
Lake View Maker accepts the return of all merchandise, within a period of 14 days from when you received the order, regardless of the reason.
Lake View Maker will refund the cost of the returned merchandise once they receive the products. Lake View Maker will refund the cost of the returned merchandise, equal to the amount that the customer paid during the purchase of the returned products and the shipping costs. This includes offers, promotions and discount coupons.
Due to possible variations in stock within the 14 days allowed for a return, it is not possible to exchange products even if the costs of the products are the same. If you would prefer a new product, please contact us and follow the usual return process and create a new order through our website.
During shipping, Lake View Maker is not held responsible for any incident or loss.
Lake View Maker is not held responsible if the products that they receive from a return and the products indicated by the customer on the return invoice are not the same. Lake View Maker will only refund the cost of the merchandise received.
Lake View Maker will only make a refund for the cost of undamaged merchandise received in its original condition.
On the other hand, if you have received a defective product, we apologise. Lake View Maker will personally resolve the incident as soon as possible. In this case, you should report the incident to info@lakeviewmaker.com. We will get in contact with you and explain how to proceed in your particular case.
